ITALY... HERE WE COME!!!!

Just wanna post sth quickly before i leave..heh.
It's amazing how time flies...
I still can't believe that I'm flyinf off in a few hours time..
I dun have the excitement i usually have when i go overseas.
No. Not this time. Probably becuz of all the work waiting for me when i get back...
i dunno.. i feel kinda stressed and scared. weird huh?

I really hope that we can do even better for this competition.
It's tough but we'll try...
I'm really praying for that magic to happen...
i dunno what else to say..
somehow i feel that this trip and competition means alot to me..
i dunno how to explain this kind of feeling..
It's like super super important and when i say alot, i mean ALOT..
somehow, it's like 'o'levels...
and i admit that until now, i'm still afraid and nervous..
i hope i will get over it...

UNIVERSAL STUDIO SINGAPORE

Hey there:)..
yep. it's been quite some time..
Ivy said that i shld change my blog to a birthday blog..
haha. cuz i always post abt ppl's birthday..
SO, i decided that i shld post abt other stuff as well..
hopefully.. i mean, i dun always have time to go online right?
haha...
right.. today is the opening of USS!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!
i feel so proud of Singapore:) and man am i proud that i'm a Singaporean:)
i think it's really cool that we have a theme park of our own..
and i'm sure it's gonna be a HUGE success!!!!!

NOW, to all those Singaporeans who have been complaining abt USS..
seriously, everything has it's flaws and so dun expect everything to be perfect.
if you ask me, i think USS has a lot of great things for you to be proud of..
so pls, stop complaining and picking on those small little imperfections and be proud and happy with what we have.
I mean, we're really lucky to have great leaders who are constantly pushing our country to greater heights. So stop crashing on the government over the tiniest details. Think abt it. USS is a sign that Singapore has gone a notch higher. Honestly, we're a VERY small country and with what we've achieved today, i think we ought to be thankful. Seriously, who wld've thought that this tiny dot of ours will have a resort so sophisticated and amazing to call our own? For a start, i feel that USS is doing great but even if there are any big problems, I believe that the organisers will continue to make improvement as it continues to progress. So pls. It's only the FIRST day. Give it a chance yea?
Seriously, if you're really so unhappy abt USS (abt the price, environment, rules, staff, service, size, people, organisers, food, merchandise, toilet, ceiling, colour, trees etc.) then simply DON'T GO... why make a BIG fuss over your LITTLE unsatisfaction? 

well, these are just some of my opinions.
I just felt like sharing what i feel cuz i read some unpleasant and ridiculous comments online.
The strange thing is, they are all from Singaporeans.
I haven't read any complaints or whatsoever from foreigners abt USS..
anyway, i didn't mean to offend anyone.
Just wanted to share my views as a proud Singaporean:)

btw, i hope all of you enjoy ur hols:)

can't say i'm super excited abt the new year..
lets just say that its a good break for me to gather with my family and some relatives..
dunno if its just me but the festive mood of lunar new year fades every year..
no idea when it started fading..
i rmb being all "high" and excited abt de new year as a little girl..
man, i was really happy..lol.
but now, there's really no excitement..
well, just a subtle " ok, its the new year.." kinda feeling..
haha.

but anyway, i hope everyone will enjoy their new year and get lotsa red packets:)
though unlucky ppl like me get HOMEWORK as red packets for the new year..
